The information and Content provided on our website is based on the research studies, formulation processes, knowledge and wisdom taken from ancient texts and scriptures like Ayurveda and many great writers who have contributed immensely in the field of Ayurveda. The practising Ayurvedic doctors also contribute to the Content and may carry Copyrights. Any copy, duplication, or representation in part or whole may carry copyright issues and invite legal and penal actions.
Our website also provides blogs and articles that disseminate information and suggestions to its Users based on the given information. The decision to buy, purchase, own, deal with, and accept the offers of other brands and companies offering their products, if any, would entirely depend upon the logical and rational decision of the Users. DISCLOSURE OF ESSENTIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS*
1. The Company declares that all products sold are made up of ayurvedic herbs, approved formulations and composition, as ayurvedic herbs do not emit any side effects on an individual’s health.
2. The Company declares that the product for which the person or his family is paying is not intended or recommended to be used as a substitute for any other ongoing informed medical advice or treatment given by a specialist. In case of withdrawing any previous medicine, the same shall be discussed with the doctor with whom your treatment was earlier going on.
3. The person or his family member has approached the Company to seek assistance to heal their ailment. It is their own will to seek the physician’s/doctor’s advice with whom their treatment was going before the use of the products of this organisation or for any other simultaneous ongoing medication, if any.
4. The Company declares that the product response and results may vary from person to person owing to the degree of effectiveness turning upon various factors, which may vary among individuals according to the severity of the symptoms. Hence, it may take more time than expected to show appropriate results.
5. The Company informs that the product manufacturers shall occasionally offer the Guarantees/Warrantees.
6. The Company, as a result of this, informs that if the person does not find relief from the use of the product within 3 doses of the said product, then they can return the product within one month from the date of purchase on producing the original receipt of the said purchase and can take their money back.
7. The Company declares that the refund is not assured as it varies from case to case. It depends on the person’s condition approaching us and at what point the person has come to the Company to seek our assistance through our product. Further, to seek help or continue using the product of the said organisation is entirely the discretion of the person or their family.
8. The Company informs that all the relevant information regarding the product, its composition, dosage, results, dos and don’ts, claim of refund and all other relevant information as required for the said product has already been disclosed by the qualified registered doctor/physician to the person approaching us.
9. The Company clarifies that the person is purchasing the said product with their own will, and it is their discretion to either buy or not purchase the said product.
10. The Company declares that the product refund shall only be initiated after getting the final test reports from the lab.
11. The Company clarifies that the refund will be given only on presentation of the original receipt of the parcel. The Company shall issue no duplicate copy on misplacement of the original receipt.
12. The Company declares that the product, as mentioned in the receipt, is only intended as a support system and, in no manner whatsoever, is deemed to challenge any other forms of healing or treatment.
13. The Company informs that our specialised team has advised the product of doctors based on the information the person shares about their ailment. The results may vary as no results are guaranteed, but only the person might benefit from using said product.
14. The Company informs that the jurisdiction shall be considered Jaipur only in case of any dispute.
15. The Company has explained to the person purchasing (or one of his family members) that as soon as they initiate the payment for purchasing the products of our organisation, they automatically consent to all the information disclosed by the doctor, which is also elaborated in the all the clauses as mentioned above of this disclosure regarding the product, its composition, properties, usage consumption and the refund policy of our organisation.
